You can change the design, available product options (such as color or size) and quantity before payment. Because items are made to order, changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted after payment.

Contact support@wedrewit.com with your order number and photos for defects, wrong goods or transit damage, preferably within 7 days of arrival. Contact us if a parcel appears missing. For confirmed defects, wrong goods, transit damage or loss, we provide a remake or refund at our expense. We also cover return postage when required. The 7-day request does not limit statutory rights.
